About Us
We started ismybaby.com after creating the first baby site for our son, Noah Baxley. Since we live in Kansas City and our family lives in central Illinois, we really wanted to create a way for them to keep up to date on how Noah was doing. The ismybaby pages have come a long way since then. The first page had to be updated by hand by me. My wife wanted a way to update them herself without having to know HTML so we built the pages that now let you maintain your site whenever you want to with simple tools.
Another thing that was important to us was that the site be easy to use since many of our family members were computer novices. We made the site clean and simple with no annoying pop-up boxes or loud ads to get in the way. That is something that remains an important part of the ismybaby.com design. Simplicity and unobtrusiveness. After all, the main focus of each page should be your baby.
